- Catherine Kenny Added February 16, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BEWARE! Bianca the check-in Covid 19 vaccination desk person was very rude and abrupt for no reason not only to me but to 2 others patients waiting to get their vaccination. No apologies from her when asked why she was being so rude...
When I complained to the Manager, her Mother, I was dismissed and told that Bianca was doing a very good job which I don't doubt...Just her customer service is on question. Eventually, I got a strained apology from her.
On the other hand the chemist who vaccinated me was very nice and professional .

They were very organised, welcoming and warm, and the girls made me feel more relaxed as I was waiting. The pharmacist who administered my vaccine made me feel very comfortable and she knew all the answers to the multiple questions I asked ! I will definitely be going back for my other pharmacy needs !!

They always have time to answer my questions and now they're even doing Covid vaccinations in a relaxed and organised manner. I'll be coming back for my second Astra Zeneca shot soon.
