  I set up Gym link for two gyms. They said that offer guarantee that if you dont get the value of the subscription back in membership that they would offer a refund. When we tried to use this guarantee when one of the gyms didn't get the value - they first said and i quote directly "The money back guarantee request has been forwarded to Management.
  An investigation will take place to determine if a refund is due. This may take a few weeks to complete"
  
  Fair ennough.
  
  Then the same day i received this:
  
  ''Can you please forward the original email you would have received offering the money back guarantee please.''
  Management are awaiting this. Thank you.''
  
  So I did: -
  
  which included the words
  
  ''We guarantee that you will cover the cost of your listing with GymLink or we will provide a full refund of your listing fees. This means that, if at the end of the 12-month programme you have not covered the cost of your listing with GymLink in new members, we will provide a full refund.''
  
  The lady on the phone said that when they said this - they were ONLY refferring to the gym that had recuperated the funds - but that the other gym was not covered by that gurantee!!! AAbsoultely dishonest and misleading.
  
  I said - but this is advertised on your website ( it was at the time ) and she said there was nothing that she can do.
  
  DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY on the basis of their gurantee. Because they will not honour it!
