  I LOVE this place. I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and for the last 6 years or so I’ve been at Bikram in Brookvale. Bikram is a Hatha style of yoga and is really good for my back issues (L4/5 torn disc). The owner Jodie and the teachers are so welcoming and helpful. It’s a home away from home. There’s always time for a long savasana after class which is not always the case in some studios. I get a monthly unlimited pass and I think it’s the best pricing on the beaches. The facilities and change rooms are excellent and there’s a wonderful lounge area to hang out before and after. I’ve made lovely friends here.

  I love what this studio does for me and so many people.
  I’ve been visiting them for years now and the practice of Bikram Yoga can help in so many ways with flexibility and weight control- you won’t find a better way to keep your body in condition and the benefits are beyond superficial.
  All the staff are fantastic and super friendly and great fun. The owner is as hands on as you can get and should be commended for what she puts into her company!
  Everyone feels part of something regardless of age, weight, flexibility or commitment which says something about how it’s run and managed.
  I love this place and all that help run the machine.

  I love the Bikram Brookvale studio! The staff and team are always warm and welcoming and there is a real sense of community here - much more than just a place to do yoga. I have always found the facilities to be clean, and well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into creating a serene, calm space with a great chill out zone for before and after class. It's great value too, with classes being better priced than many other studios in the area. And after a Bikram class, you will feel AMAZING!
  Yes it's challenging, but it's worth it and the teachers are wonderful. Don't think about it, just do it!

  I love everything about this business and it’s contributions to the community. It is the longest established Bikram yoga business in Australia, and it stays around because it is consistent, innovative and always has quality instructors who have built a wonderful community!. I love practicing with the many different individuals who walk up those stairs, all on their own journeys to find themselves in some ways.
  
  One of the loveliest parts of this wellness centre is you can also look to have treatments like massage or even a haircut. I get my hair cut by Jonny Dibs, who always makes me feel a million bucks and look like a movie star before I step into that hot room and sweat it out

  Authentic and true 90 minute Bikram yoga classes taught by Bikram yoga certified teachers
  If you know you know! I am so happy to have me Kim and Rowina. The studio is a great place for making new friends in the Bikram community and they have a wellness center. You can book your healing session and practice all under the same roof
