  Terrible service. Overpriced. I bought a phone cover from here. That was overpriced to begin with but I needed it quickly. Within 3 weeks the black on the case had rubbed off completely. It was completely faulty. I attended the store and spoke with a staff member who told me to emaiI the store owner as they could not give refunds. I dealt with the owner of the store, who refused to respond to emails, I called the mobile phone number for the store (the only one they provide). The person I spoke to was so rude. Pretended he could not hear me on the phone and hung up. When I called back he would answer and just leave the line open. The store does not abide by the ACCC laws at all. I will never evet be returning. Especially after I found the cover I actually wanted for a THIRD of the price!!! Would also like to point out that the ONLY person who gave this 5 stars also reviewed 4 other 'mobile palace' stores all over Sydney and the Central Coast, so clearly affiliated.

  Terrible service, terrible products and terrible staff. Took my phone to get my screen fixed and 1 week later it came loose from my phone. Even though reciet said '30 day guarruntee' they refused to compensate me in any way. This is not the only bad experience I have had here. Also very overpriced for what you get. Have also heard they will take genuine parts out of your phone while replacing them with dodgey cheap ones and this wouldn't surprise me as my battery life dramatically decreased after getting my screen fixed. Can't trust them. Never go here !
