Unfortunately they are not always open so I tried the adjoining Womens hairdresser to which the sign redirected me. The women's staff were not welcoming, avoiding eye contact when I arrived at the front counter.
On previous occasions the Womens hairdresser said that they were booked out and to come back later. A female friend booked a specific time for her haircut only to be told when she arrived on-time that she would have to wait 25 minutes.
If the owner/manager wants to retain the value of their business perhaps they should be on-site more regularly. - Mitchell O'Connor Added January 08, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So....first. When you make a booking. Stick to it. First time you even said “oh we have your number we could have called you” correct! Second time i come in. You are doing your mates hair during my appointment and charhe him $20 cash (yes i could see) then you “cut” my hair and charged me $40. Someone best be in contact about this awful service and awful cut and your dodgey cash in hand mates rates during an actual clients appointments. Not happy and i will be ringing everyday to talk to someone who can fix this awful issue. This is ridiculous
