  Paul, Steve, Nicole and the team are amazing. They made our building experience a breeze and we love our new home.
  We had a different builder you start our build and that was a nightmare. Peninsula Homes are the opposite. Great communication and involvement, and always thinking about ways you makes the house better. Mostly this did not add to the cost, they just wanted the house to be the best it could be on our budget. The end result is really special.

  We have been working hand in hand with Peninsula homes for a number of years. Paul and Steve listen to their clients dreams and make them a reality. Their professionalism is a constant in their lives.
  They have excellent communication skills.
  They speak 'plain English' and if something appears challenging, their ability to think outside the box, prevents it from becoming so.

  A fantastic build experience from beginning to end, Peninsula are so passionate about what they do and go above and beyond expectations. They are punctual, helpful, honest, high quality builders who really care. They have a great eye for design while balancing that with affordability and durability. We love our house and we loved the build experience, not many people can say that!

  After working as a contractor for Peninsula Homes for the last few years it's easy to see that they are the real deal. The entire team are honest and reliable and they really care about their clients and about professionalism.
  
  I've worked with a lot of builders and the team at Peninsula Homes are by far the most professional. They value their clients by ensuring a great building process along with great communication and quality building.
  
  They may seem a little more expensive than other builders but i've come to see that it's because they have integrity and care enough about the client not to cut corners just to win a project.
